About the Role
As VP of Manufacturing, you’ll lead all production, from rapid prototypes to full-rate builds. You’ll set manufacturing strategy, develop processes, grow the team, and work closely with the CEO and CTO to deliver hardware quickly and reliably. The role blends hands-on technical depth with organizational excellence.
What You’ll Own
- Build and lead the manufacturing team and workflows
- Act as technical authority for manufacturability and quality
- Drive rapid iteration and production readiness
- Oversee planning, supply chain, and shop operations
- Ensure fast, reliable hardware delivery

- Aerospace or high-reliability hardware manufacturing background
- Experience leading and scaling technical teams
- Strong depth in production, quality, and operations
