FPGA Engineer – Advanced Wireless & DSP Systems

A fast-growing startup revolutionizing next-generation RF products is seeking an FPGA Engineer to join their core team. Focused on high-performance wireless systems for defense, industrial, and critical communications, this role centers on building the gateware that powers cutting-edge radios and sensing platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement DSP algorithms in SystemVerilog for custom RF hardware.
  • Collaborate with DSP and software engineers to develop end-to-end, high-reliability systems.
  • Own the full gateware development cycle—from requirements to validation and deployment.
  • Integrate FPGA/SoC designs into real-time communication and sensing systems.

Required Skills:
  • Strong SystemVerilog experience and fluency with Xilinx FPGA toolchains.
  • Proficiency in testing and verifying complex FPGA systems.

Desired Experience:
  • Solid grasp of DSP fundamentals and experience with RF interfaces (e.g., RFSoC, AD9361).
  • Embedded software experience (C/C ), Python scripting, and hands-on hardware debugging.
  • Familiarity with high-speed serial links (PCIe, Ethernet) and fault-tolerant system design.
