Responsibilities
- Develop and execute test plans and procedures for hardware systems.
- Perform functional, performance, thermal, environmental, and reliability testing.
- Set up and maintain test equipment and automated test setups.
- Analyze test data, troubleshoot issues, and document results for regulatory compliance (e.g., DO-160, ISO 26262, IEC 60601, UL, MIL-STD).
- Support certification and validation activities, providing clear documentation.
- Contribute to test automation and process improvements.
Requirements
- 2 years of hardware test experience in aerospace, medtech, automotive, or other regulated industries.
- Hands-on experience with thermal, environmental, and reliability testing.
- Strong knowledge of compliance standards (DO-254/DO-160, ISO 26262, IEC 60601, MIL-STD).
- Proficiency with test equipment (oscilloscopes, power analyzers, thermal chambers, etc.).
- Strong problem-solving, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Nice to Have
- Experience with EMC/EMI testing
- Strong Python experience
- Familiarity with FMEA and reliability analysis.
- Exposure to regulatory audits or certifications.
