Having founded the Oho Group in 2007, I have enjoyed working with the greatest tech innovators in the UK, US and the EU.
We have been proud to have helped grow organisations like Ocado, Autonomy/HP, Deepmind, ARM, Amazon, Samsung and too many start-ups to name. I am proud to have worked with some of the brightest minds from around the world finding them the most unique and cutting edge positions in the UK and US.
A big motivation for me is to have a high-performing and diverse culture. I strive to have an office environment that builds a sustainable and enjoyable working culture where high achievers can really thrive.

Swimming the channel in a relay, cycling 425km, 4km row, 68km run on the last day Raising money and awareness for Parkinson's.
Recruitment Fight Night:
The UK's first white-collar boxing event purely for the recruitment industry raising money and awareness for Opera Global Youth Foundation.
