Fast-scaling software firm looking for a Staff Engineer to lead complex engineering initiatives across a multi-team product environment.
You’ll own architecture, guide delivery standards, and help scale services and infrastructure.
Ideal profile:
- 8+ years backend engineering experience
- Experience leading large technical projects
- AWS / ECS / Kubernetes exposure
- Strong database design skills
- Excellent communicator and mentor
Nice to have: AI experience, startup pace, Python ecosystem knowledge.
