Guidance, Navigation & Control Engineer - World Class Team - Aerospace Start-Up
A fast-growing aerospace start-up is building advanced autonomous systems and assembling a world-class engineering team. They are looking for a Senior GNC Engineer to work on some of the most challenging problems in guidance, navigation, estimation, and control.
This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of complex GNC algorithms from early modelling and simulation through integration and validation. You will work alongside highly skilled engineers across software, hardware, and systems to develop technology at the forefront of aerospace innovation.
Ideal candidates will:
- Have 3+ years of experience in GNC, controls, autonomy, robotics, aerospace, or related fields
- Have a strong understanding of control theory, estimation, and system modelling
- Be experienced with MATLAB/Simulink, Python, and C/C++
- Have experience taking algorithms from simulation into real-world systems
- Enjoy solving complex technical problems in a fast-paced engineering environment
- Have a strong foundation in developing reliable, high-performance systems
