I'm partnered with an early-stage EdTech startup looking to scale fast after exceptional recent funding. It's a small team with high standards; we care about people who take ownership, move quickly, and consistently deliver.
You’ll work directly with the founder on the company’s most critical priorities: operations, logistics, strategy, and growth. This is not a support role. You’ll own outcomes, solve hard problems, and push the business forward.
What You’ll Do
- Own high-impact projects end-to-end across the business
- Build systems and processes that actually scale
- Identify bottlenecks early and eliminate them fast
- Drive key initiatives across growth, operations, and expansion
- Turn ambiguity into clear plans and executed results
What We’re Looking For
- Ideally 1 year + in a high-performance environment (top-tier startup, consulting, banking, or similar)
- Evidence of exceptional ability (fast progression, standout achievement, or operating beyond your level)
- Relentless desire for action and high accountability
- Structured thinker who executes quickly and independently
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity with minimal guidance
- High ownership, low ego, and strong internal standards
