We’re hiring a skilled CNC Machinist to join a growing aerospace manufacturing team in Los Angeles. You'll work on high-precision aerospace components in a fast-paced production environment, with a strong emphasis on growth and professional development opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Set up and operate CNC mills and/or lathes
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and GD&T
- Machine aerospace-grade materials to tight tolerances
- Perform in-process inspections using precision measuring tools
- Troubleshoot machining issues and maintain quality standards
- Support production efficiency and continuous improvement efforts
Requirements
- 1 year + of CNC machining experience
- Experience with CNC mills, lathes, or multi-axis machines
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Familiarity with calipers, micrometers, and inspection equipment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Preferred
- Aerospace manufacturing experience
- Experience with Haas, Mazak, DMG Mori, or Okuma machines
- Knowledge of G-code edits and tool offsets
- Understanding of AS9100 or aerospace quality standards
