Head of Guidance, Navigation & Control

Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of navigation, estimation and control systems.
- Define technical direction across modelling, simulation and algorithm development.
- Drive validation and integration activities from concept through deployment.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across software, systems and hardware engineering.
- Mentor engineers and help build a high-performing technical team.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in controls engineering, autonomy, robotics, aerospace or a related field.
- Strong background in control theory, estimation techniques and dynamic system modelling.
- Experience developing algorithms for complex real-world systems.
- Proficiency with industry-standard simulation and software development tools.
- Track record of leading technical initiatives and delivering high-performance solutions.
- Degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Physics or a related discipline.
